On Being Brilliant

When you're a headhunter, you hope to recruit people, be they clients, candidates, or consultants, who are remarkable. People whose eyes sparkle when they talk about their work. People who make you feel like you're missing out on something if you're not where they're at. The draw to these people is tremendous; working with them is fun, not only for us, but for everyone who comes across them (lazy people would be the exception.)
